The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Auctmarts.com web site. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Trademarks belong to respective trademark owners. Any use of owners’ trademarks are purely for reference purposes and not used to identify the source of the trademarked goods; used to describe the aftermarket goods and compatibility of the aftermarket goods.

Auctmarts.com does not have an affiliation or agreement with any displayed companies, nor the authority to reproduce their logos. Any company or product logos displayed on this site are the property and/or registered trademarks of their respective owners, and are provided as a convenience only for their lawful use by owners, dealers, agents, resellers, and sponsorship recipients. It is the expressed intent of Auctmarts.com that lawful reproduction of the aforementioned designs shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchase of any product from Auctmarts.com is not authorization for the use of any specific logo or trademark. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button you convey to Auctmarts.com you have authority (if required) to use the above artwork.

Pricing & Availability
All product prices are mainly in US$ and are inclusive of delivery for most countries. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to the prices we have previously sold the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. The images on auctmarts.com are copyright protected, but may be used on the condition that the user credits the source of the picture © auctmarts.com.

Some products may have an associated image or photo. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.

Delivery
We are able to deliver to most countries. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. For larger orders, please make sure someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel.

Order Payment
Payment online can be made using those methods supported by Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Auctmarts.com.

Due to our delivery prices differing from country to country, it is imperative that you choose the correct delivery location when placing an order; failure to do so will mean the order is cancelled.

International Shipping Disclaimer
The buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Cancellation of Orders 
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, and Chinese New Year, orders of parts and accessories are normally despatched to you within 1 week after order receipt by us. For fairings, it takes at least 7 business days to paint and 3 more days to arrive at your doorstep. You will be charged for additional costs if you wish to cancel your order, and you must do so by email.

All goods returned must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Auctmarts.com. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us, (unless the item is faulty).

You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund on the cost of returning the goods, (unless the item is faulty). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address provided, along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
